Eastview Development Inc. consists of Roger Neu and Terry Dondino.  Roger and Terry have over 50 years of experience in development and construction.  We have been partners and/or collaborators on many projects for the last 10 years.  We specialize in finding and developing “infill” sites. 

We have completed Whitford Commons Rowhomes, Vincent Gardens Subdivision, Vista Hills Condominiums, On Fonner Pond Townhomes, Coulter Ridge Subdivision, Brisbin Farms Subdivision, Jamieson Ridge Subdivision, and now Eastview Ridge Condominiums.  Each project has been innovative and blended with or augmented the surrounding neighborhoods. All of the new developments sold out quickly, testimony to the desirability of our projects.

We always attempt to build the best home for the money.  Our motto has been to provide “TRUE VALUE FOR A TRUE PRICE”.  Conversely, we believe that our customers pay a “TRUE PRICE AND GET A TRUE VALUE”.

When this redevelopment site became available, we purchased it about 5 years ago.  It had previously been the site of a restaurant known as “Henry Ford’s”, which operated there for nearly 40 years.  Prior to that, the site was used as a single family residence.  When the Ford’s started the restaurant it was operated in the old house, which was located at the upper most part of the site,  taking full advantage of the view of Mt. Hood.

We immediately understood why someone had chosen this site.  It was the view of Mt. Hood and it “was in the country”.  But now, as the Portland has grown over the years, this once rural site is now only 10 minutes to downtown and has terrific roadway connections for cars and/or public transportation to almost anywhere in the greater Metropolitan area.

We hired Mark Stewart Home Design to design our condominiums.  Mark is well known for his residential designs, and in fact, has designed homes featured on the ABC television program, Extreme Makeover-Home Edition.   We paired his design with the architecture of Steve Winstead and Associates and the structural engineering of Alpha Community Development.   We used Harper Houf Peterson & Righellis for our civil engineering, and spent timeless hours determining the footing elevations of all the buildings to capture the view of Mt. Hood, as much as possible, from every home.   We are very proud of the result and we hope that you agree.
