Eastview Ridge offers 7 basic floor plans.  There are 4 basic townhome floor plans, and there are 3 basic one level floor plans.  We call them basic plans because each floor plan is slightly different.  The most common difference in the floor plans is the placement of the windows so as to preserve privacy as much as possible and yet take advantage of as much light as possible.

TOWNHOME HOME PLANS

This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, with an office/study area just off the kitchen with a built-in desk.  It also has a 1 car garage with a second parking place in front of the garage or nearby.  This plan is located on the lower level of the building.  As such, it has a 13’ x 8 patio off the living room and a 10’ x 3 patio off the master bedroom.

The 13'x8' patio can be converted to a "lanai/sunroom". The lanai upgrade fully encloses the patio in glass and has double patio doors. It adds 104 square feet of living area to the 1585 square feet in this unit. The lanai lets you enjoy the "out of doors" and view of Mt. Hood without the distraction of city traffic noise; and it doubles as a greenhouse, breakfast room, and card playing room! It is a very popular, modestly priced option not found in most attached homes.

This our largest condo and being on the upper floor has the best view of Mt. Hood, surrounding neighborhoods and night time lights!
